Understanding Our Consultation Fee

At Jackson Solar, we are committed to providing high-quality solar installations at the most competitive prices. To achieve this, we charge a nominal fee for on-site consultations. This approach ensures that our resources are devoted to serious inquiries, helping to keep overall costs down for everyone. Think about it—without this fee, the cost of numerous non-committal site visits could inflate prices, unfairly burdening those who are ready to invest in solar energy.

Here’s How It Works:

• The On-Site Consultation Fee acts as a down payment towards your installation. If you decide to proceed with us, this fee is deducted from the total price of your system. So in a sense IT IS FREE.
• Why a Fee? Our experience shows that clients who are ready to make the down payment for the consultation are the ones who genuinely intend to install solar panels. This method prevents unnecessary expenses from being incorporated into our pricing, ensuring that you do not pay for the exploratory visits of others.

Prefer a No-Cost Initial Assessment?

We also offer a comprehensive online consultation process, absolutely free. This platform allows you to receive a detailed proposal, including system design options, pricing, and projected financial benefits, all tailored to your home’s specifics. This process is designed to be quick, intuitive, and thorough, enabling you to make an informed decision about moving forward with solar energy without any initial financial commitment.

 

For those who wish to go one step further than our Free Online Consultations or Office Appointments. This Non-Refundable Fee will come off of the total price of your system if you choose to move forward with an installation. Our On-Site consultation includes everything in our Free Online Consultation plus an On-Site Visit by a Missouri Licensed Electrician and/or Engineer to review your home and proposal as well as system and product specs with you. FREE ONLINE CONSULTATION:

• Your own personal Project Manager
• A site plan of your property with our solar panels to scale included in the plan
• A system size and type proposal for your site
• All information and additional details delivered via Email, Phone, and/or Office Appts at our location.

 

ON-SITE CONSULTATION

• Includes everything above plus an initial On-Site Visit with a Missouri Licensed Electrician and/or Engineer to review system and product specs with you as well as application on your home.
• Non-Refundable Down Payment Fee that will come off of the total price of your system for 1 year following.
• An On-Site Consultation is included when you pay the Refundable Professional Home Solar Install Down Payment For Services.

 

The On-Site Consultation is for Cape Girardeau County Residents only and the $100 fee will come off of the total price of your system. This fee is non-refundable.

Once payment is received, and you have filled out our consultation form at www.jacksonsolarllc.com/pages/consultation we will contact you to set up a time to come to your site for the consultation.

***PLEASE BE ADVISED AN INITIAL ON-SITE VISIT IS NOT NECESSARY AND AN ON-SITE VISIT IS INCLUDED ONCE YOU MAKE THE FULLY REFUNDABLE PROFESSIONAL HOME SOLAR INSTALL DOWN PAYMENT FOR SERVICES THAT BEGINS THE ENGINEERING FOR YOUR SYSTEM. OUR TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND ENGINEERS HAVE WORKED WITH A VAST VARIETY OF LOCATIONS AND SITUATIONS AND CAN MAKE SOLAR WORK IN NEARLY ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
