Service Overview:

• This service is for systems not installed by Jackson Solar or those not within our service network via a Site-Takeover.
• Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and you may be placed on a waitlist.

Inspection and Repair Process:

• Our technicians will inspect your solar panel system to identify any issues.
• We perform thorough checks on wiring, panels, inverters, and optimizers to ensure everything is up to code.
• Measurements are taken, and components are tested to verify proper operation.
• Once the issue or issues have been identified, we proceed with the necessary repairs.
• Additional parts may be required or need to be replaced, and these will be invoiced separately.

Billing and Service Rates:

• Service is billed half-hourly, starting from the time the technician leaves our office in Jackson, MO, until the job is completed on-site.
• This billing structure applies to multi-day repairs and does not include the cost of replacement parts.

Payment Policy:

• Payment is required before any repair can be scheduled.
• An invoice estimate will be sent, and full payment must be made prior to scheduling the service.
• For multi-day repairs, new invoices may be sent, and payment will be required before the next date of service.
• Payment for replacement parts is due upfront and will be invoiced separately.
• Payments are only accepted via credit or debit card through the invoice sent.
