Professional Home Solar Install Down Payment for Services

Down payment for our Professional Solar Installation Services. This Down Payment will be taken off of the price of your system. Once payment is received, we will contact you within 5 business days to begin the site evaluation process and finalize the plan and proposal for the solar installation on your home.

With approval from Jackson Solar, we may offer an expedited site evaluation process in which you provide a series of approximately 5–10 pictures of your home, roof, attic, electrical equipment, and other requested areas. This photo-based process may also be required for systems located outside of Cape Girardeau County. If an in-person site evaluation is needed, we will contact you to schedule a time to take the necessary roof and attic measurements for engineering.

A virtual contract will then be sent for signature. If you are financing, this amount can be taken out of the lump sum you receive.

***IN THE RARE CASE THAT WE FIND SOLAR WILL NOT WORK FOR YOUR HOME, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND OF YOUR DOWN PAYMENT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT JACKSON SOLAR CURRENTLY ONLY INSTALLS IN CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.

Purchases made for any other purpose, including but not limited to repair, maintenance, service calls, inspections, diagnostics, or monitoring-related services, are subject to a non-refundable 8% processing and administrative fee in the event of cancellation or refund.
